White Knuckle - Hot T-Bird
Cabernet Sauvignon from Washington state. Supple, focused and expressive layers of flavors: blackberry, currant, with a polished tanning - hints of cedar and smoke. Scored 90 in Wine Spectator.
Patty Pan Packaged Veggies
Rhone style Rose from France: Grenache, Syrah plus Cinsault. A cheerful, delicious Rose - sweet, savory and perfectly round with notes of dry citrus on the finish. Super "guaffable" year round!
Loki Wild Salmon
Wild salmon filleted, brined in honey and salt, and then lightly hot smoked with an Alder wood blend. Moist, tender and flaky. Enjoy with cheese and crackers, dice and add to a cream sauce, or eat straight out of the bag. Individually vacuum-sealed in 6-8 oz. portions. NO nitrates or artificial preservatives added.
